Ragne Wiklund and Sigurd Henriksen won the 3000 and 5000 meters respectively when the skaters opened the season with the NM Sørmarka Arena on Saturday. Wiklund was clocked in at 4.07.47. The silver went to Aurora Grinden Løvås in 4.16.07, while Dina Storelid completed the podium with a time of 4.17.54. In the men’s 5000 metres, the gold went to Sigurd Henriksen in a time of 6.20.33. The 500 meters for women was won by Asker runner Anne Sofie Knutsen. She clocked in at times of 40.17 and 39.91 in the two races. Martine Solem and Signe Eide Kirkesæter followed in silver and bronze place. On the men’s side, the NM gold went to Trønder Bjørn Magnussen after times 34.96 and 34.4. Siver Brattgjerd and Henrik Fagerli Rukke completed the podium. (NTB)
