Specsavers Rises to 12th Place in Global Rankings

In a commendable leap forward, the optician chain Specsavers has moved up four places from the previous year, securing the 12th position in the global rankings. This recognition comes as part of the Great Place to Work employee survey, which assessed numerous organizations worldwide.

“We are thrilled to be ranked among some of the largest and most innovative businesses globally,” said John Perkins, CEO of Specsavers. “This acknowledgment fuels our commitment to making everyday life at Specsavers truly special.”

Notably, Specsavers has earned the title of a Great Place to Work in every country where it operates. This year, the company also ranked 8th on the European list and clinched the 2nd spot in Norway, improving by one position from last year.

Nina Kleppe, managing director of Specsavers Norway, emphasized the company’s dedication to fostering a warm, inclusive, and diverse workplace. “We are continuously striving to create the best possible environment for everyone at Specsavers in Norway, and it’s incredibly motivating to be part of a global network that shares these values across all its locations.”
