DEFENDING THE REFEREES: Karl-Petter Løken believes there is no reason to distrust either the referees or the VAR chief.

– We have a construction crisis and an upcoming granulate ban that we have not yet found a full solution to. With around 400,000 active players, we are the largest and most important social actor for children and young people outside of school. Norwegian football depends on us, in collaboration with authorities, research groups and the business community, finding good solutions for both product and financing. It deserved more attention, and these are questions that the vast majority of people in Football Norway are concerned about.
