    Økokrim har tatt ut tiltale mot to nordmenn og selskapet Hemla Africa Holding for omfattende bestikkelser til presidenten i Republikken Kongo og hans nære familiemedlemmer i forbindelse med oljelisens.

    Gerhard Ludvigsen (left) and Knut Søvold are charged with gross corruption and gross accounting violations in connection with oil operations in the Republic of Congo. According to the indictment, they gave significant benefits to the president’s close family members in order to secure an oil licence.
